Morning Glory Zell-Ravenheart
After a hiatus of eight years Morning Glory has reemerged to share her 38 years of Goddess knowledge and Priestess skills. She is eager to introduce more people to her collection of nearly 300 votive Goddess images from all over the world and throughout history. Last year she hosted several successful events and now her 2010 schedule will feature six weekend Goddess Retreats. Like all of us, Goddesses are made up of many aspects and do not only have one face, so come and see, touch and explore all the possible ways of meeting the Goddess and inviting Her into your life.
All these Retreats will be held at the Raven Haven, Morning Glory and Oberon Zell’s lovely 10-acre place in rural Cotati. The weekend Goddess Retreats will be split into two days: Saturday and Sunday. You may attend just the Saturday portion of the event separately but Sunday will be reserved for those who have attended both the Saturday portion as well. Morning Glory’s collection of nearly 300 votive Goddess figurines will be on display and are included as an active part of the presentation so you may hold them in your hands and reconnect with the power of the Lady. There is also a pool and a spa for fun, relaxation and meditation. Most of these events are open to both men and women with the exception of "Great Mothers and Holy Daughters" and "Our Lady of Love and Pleasure" which will be for women only.

Our Lady of Darkness - Sep 18, 2010 This weekend will be dedicated to the Dark Lady of Ancient Wisdom as the summer time begins to wane. She is known in almost all cultures: Hecate, Lilith, Ereshkigal, Morrigan, Kalima, Maman Birgitte, and Spider Grandmother. She does not only represent the Crone aspect and you will learn more of Her Mysteries as the weekend unfolds with: a discussion on Dark Goddesses and Their impact on history, a guided meditation into the Cave of the Ancient One, making tools of divination to pierce the veil of the past and future, ending in a Council of the Dark Goddesses where we hear Her prophecies revealed to us. |
